ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with

the operations/activities of the petitioner herein, in calling the operation staff, H.R staff and teaching staff working in the petitioners school to the police station and making them sit in the police station for long hours, in interfering with the civil disputes as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949 and direct the 4th respondent herein not to interfere with the operations/activities of the petitioner herein including calling the petitioner to the police station.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by one Bayaneni Durga, a case in Crime No.375 of 2025 has been registered against the Petitioner for the offence under Section 318(4) read with 3(5) of BNS and in connection with the said crime the staff of the Petitioner - Institution have been called to the Police Station for enquiry. Hence, the petition may be
disposed of.
3. Sri Kilaru Nithin Krishna, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
