Sri. Saddam R. Mulla, representing Sri. Mohammed Tahir, learned counsel appearing for the complainant and Sri. Harish A. S., learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for respondents/accused are present before the Court physically. 3. Learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondents/accused submits that on behalf of respondents/accused, he has filed compliance affidavit dated 17.03.2023 and further compliance affidavit dated 12.04.2023 relating to compliance of the directions issued in the order dated 31.01.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP.No.1086/2022 (GM-POLICE). 4. Compliance affidavit consisting of paragraph Nos.1 to 8 and further compliance affidavit consisting of paragraph Nos.1 to 4. 5. The said compliance affidavit and further compliance affidavit are taken on record. 6. As per the compliance affidavit filed by learned Addl. Government Advocate, respondents/accused have complied the aforesaid order and considered the representation made by the - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:12078-DB CCC No. 750 of 2022 complainant by taking into consideration all aspects of the matter, and an endorsement dated 14.03.2023 was also issued to the complainant herein by way of registered post. 7. Keeping in view the compliance affidavit and further compliance affidavit filed by learned Addl. Government Advocate on behalf of respondents/accused and submission made by learned counsel for the complainant and learned Addl. Government Advocate, it is deemed appropriate that this contempt proceedings does not survive for consideration. 8. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings is hereby dropped.
