GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 21132 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief/s:- “…to issue a Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not completing the enquiry initiated vide proceedings in ROR Appeal No.B/ 1260/2024 dated 19.08.2024 against the 5 to 7 respondents in respect of the land in respect of Sy.No.214/3 an extent of Ac.2.43 Cents, Sy.No.215/1 an extent of Ac.1.28 cents. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if this Court directs the respondent appellate authority direct to dispose of the 4 appeal dated 19.08.2024, filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, without going into the merits of the writ petition. 4. In view of the same, without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 19.08.2024, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
