Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, these proposed parties are the legal heirs of the deceased / 2nd appellant, thereby, they are the appropriate and necessary parties. 4. In view of the same, this petition is allowed. 5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
