Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Rikhiya P.S. case no. 170 of 2024 registered under Sections 126(2),127(2),115(2),140(4), 304(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of Miss. Srishti Ghai learned J.M., 1st class at Deoghar. The petitioner and the co-accused persons had snatched away the mobile phone of the informant and his companion. The accused persons also assaulted them. It was submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 03.10.2024. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
