[2025:RJ-JP:36832-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-317/2025] 11/09/2025 This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner with regard to illegal detention of the corpus who is above 18 years of age. Today, the concerned Govt. Advocate submitted the status report as well as the case diary. We have perused the case diary and the police has recorded the statement of the corpus in which she has stated that she is not under any illegal detention and she is residing with her par- ents. In that view of the matter, considering the status report as well as the statement of corpus, we are of the considered view that the corpus is not under any illegal detention by anyone and she is peacefully residing with her parents and no interference is required by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of 5India. Hence, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
