This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a writ order or orders especially in the form of Writ of MANDAMUS by declaring the action of Respondents No. 3 and 4 in interfering with civil disputes pending E.P.No. 4 of 2019 in O.S.NO. 71 of 2018 on the file of civil Judge (Junior Division) At Adoni at the instance of 5th respondent without any direction from the Honble Court as illegal, arbitrary unjust and violation of Article 19, 21, violation of property right guaranteed under Article 300-A of constitution and illegal, arbitrary and just and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to interfere in civil dispute without specific direction from the Honble Court and pass……”

Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions would submit that the a crime in Cr.No.74 of 2025, under Sections 329(3), 324(4) r/w 3(s) BNS, 2023, of Adoni Rural Police Station against the unofficial respondents and investigation is pending and the matter is of civil in nature. 3. Sri A.Syam Sundar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes.
