The plaintiff is satisfied with the new packaging adopted by the defendants. 3. The new packaging has been handed over in Court. 3.1 The same is taken on record. 4. In view of the above, the defendants are permitted to manufacture and sell products under the new packaging adopted by the defendants. 5.
