petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy under Section 130 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 to challenge the impugned order/communications.
4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition, the petitioner is relegated to approach the competent authority under the provisions of Karnataka Education Act, 1983. However, at this juncture, as the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner school is running for more than four decades and closure order has been passed in the midst of the Academic year 2025-26, in order to give an interim protection to the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the respondent-Authorities shall not precipitate the matter for a period of four weeks from today to enable the petitioner to approach the competent authority as stated above. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
