Applicant-Pramod Kumar has again approached this Court by way of filing present bail application seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2021, under Sections 323, 304 IPC, Police Station Link Road, District Ghaziabad. Applicant is in jail since 27.02.2023. The trial is proceeding and till date three witnesses have been examined who have been cross-examined at length on various dates, therefore, an argument that applicant is under a prolong detention period cannot be accepted, therefore, while rejecting the bail application, a liberty is granted to applicant to approach this Court or Trial Court after six months along with status report of trial.
