Pursuant to the tender, the Petitioner was allotted works by the 3^^^ Respondent- Municipal Commissioner, Pulivendula under Pulivendula Area Development Agency Grant. The Petitioner 2. submits that the works were executed within the time specified and was recorded in the Measurement Book. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.3-Corporation filed counter affidavit stating that as per the agreements, the works were completed within the time limit and the amount payable to the Petitioner in total was Rs.92,99,113/-. It is further stated that after completion of works, the Bill amounts claimed by the Petitioner have already been raised and is waiting for fund clearance with CFMS and due to financial priorities, the bills could not be processed. 2 As there is no dispute to the execution of works and amount of Rs.92,99,113/- to the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is 4. disposed of, at the' stage of admission, with the consent of both sides with the following direction: (i) The Respondent authorities are directed to pay admitted amounts due to the Petitioner within a period of four (4) months from today.
