By order dated 17.3.2025 matter was sent to the Mediation Centre subject to deposit of Rs. 30,000/- and interim protection was granted to the applicant. 2. The Mediation Centre has submitted a report dated 5.4.2025 reporting that applicant has not deposited the amount. 3. On a query being made to learned counsel for the applicant as to why the amount has not been deposited, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant will not deposit the amount. No reasons have been assigned for non-deposit of amount nor any application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.3.2025. Once the parties have not complied with the order dated 17.3.2025, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the present application. 4. Accordingly, the present application filed under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed.
