Heard Sri M. Bala Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S. No. 516 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandyal, seeking a permanent injunction, and obtained a decree against the unofficial respondents. Although the unofficial respondents filed an appeal, they did not obtain any stay. Learned counsel further submits that an execution petition was filed before the trial Court along with an application seeking police aid to protect the petitioner’s property. However, the execution petition has not yet been numbered. He prays for a direction to the police to provide protection to the petitioner’s property. Learned AssistantGovernmentPleader for Home submits that the said property does not fall within the jurisdiction of the 3rd respondent, and that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 3. 4. 4 4 .S' 5. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the concerned Court is directed to consider the petitioner’s cause by numbering the execution petition along with the execution application, and to take appropriate steps and pass necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
