Neetu Singh vs. Ajit Singh, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., registered at Police Station Kankarkhera, District Meerut pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut to the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court in the same district. Concededly, the two cases, one filed by the applicant-husband under Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and the other case filed by wife under Section 125 Cr.P.C. seeking maintenance are pending before two different courts at District Meerut. Learned counsel prays for clubbing of the cases before the same court, but in the considered opinion of the Court, the nature of the two cases is entirely different and no useful purpose would be served by clubbing the cases. Resultantly, the application fails and is hereby dismissed.
