Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:- “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble Court that the respondent is directed to not to charge any additional fees or charges from the petitioner or to obstruct the shops of the petitioner in any manner.” 2. According to the respondents “there is no dispute of petitioner with the land of the Temple Trust Maharishi Markandey and the land in question is in the ownership of Temple Trust. Payment receipt No.2641 dated 10.04.2022 attached by the petitioner of the allotment of shops is clearly plot allotted in the premises of the Temple Trust and not of his shops/land. The objection/claim of the petitioner is baseless.” 3. In view of stand taken by the respondents in their reply, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law before the appropriate Forum for the redressal of his grievances. 4.
