No. 01 of 2025 This Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2025 has been filed for condonation of delay of 1992 days in preferring this appeal. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the appellants have filed anticipatory bail due to which the delay has occurred. 3. In my view, the delay in preferring this appeal has not been satisfactorily explained. Moreover, the delay is in- condonable as per second proviso of Subsection 3 of Section Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1127 of 2025(3) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 4. The I.A.
