At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be given 7 days’ time for payment of entire amount with interest to the respondent 1 -Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank. 2 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent- Rajya Gramin Bank does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner. 3. Given the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the petitioner to deposit the entire disputed amount with interest to the Respondent- Bank within 7 days from today, failing which the respondent No. 1 has right to initiate auction proceedings and other remedial measures against the petitioner. 4.
