ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue appropriate writ order or direction more particularly a Writ in the Nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to provide Police Aid for implementing the perpetual injunction order dt.30.04.2025 in O.S.No.551/2016 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandyal duly considering the petitioners complaint dated 09.7.2025 in the interest of justice and pass…”
2. Heard Sri M.Balasubrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they have filed a suit for permanent injunction against the unofficial respondent and obtained decree vide order dated 30.04.2025 in O.S.No. 551 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandyal. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that they have preferred Execution Petition before the Court and that was returned on some defects.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders since, it is a matter of civil disputes and the subject property is not situated within the jurisdiction of the respondent No.3.

5. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Executing Court where the Execution Petition is preferred. There shall be no order as to costs.
