CMP(M) No.784 and 785 of 2026 The application being CMP(M) No.784 of 2026 under Order 22 Rule 4 of CPC has been filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No.13-Satya Devi alongwith an application being CMP(M) No.785 of 2026 for condoning the delay in filing the application. 2. The said respondent is stated to have expired on 14.08.2024 and the copy of legal heir certificate is annexed as Annexure A-2 and the details of LRs have been given in paragrah 4 of the application. 3. The delay has occurred on account of the fact that the knowledge was only on the basis of the informaton received from the office of the learned Advocate General. 4. Keeping in view the above, we are of the considered opinion, the said application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, the said applications stand disposed of. 5. Legal representatives of deceased respondent No.13, as mentioned in para-4 of the application are ordered to be brought on record, who shall figure as respondent Nos.13(a) to 13(c) in the appeal. Office to carry out the necessary corrections. 6. Amended memo of parties be taken on record. CMP(M) No.786 and 787 of 2026 7. The application being CMP(M) No.786 of 2026 under Order 22 Rule 4 of CPC has been filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No.14-Kaushalya alongwith an application being CMP(M) No.787 of 2026 for condoning the delay in filing the application. 8. The said respondent is stated to have expired on 15.10.1998 and the copy of legal heir certificate is annexed as Annexure A-1 and the details of LRs have been given in paragrah 4 of the application. 9. The delay has occurred on account of the fact that the knowledge was only on the basis of the informaton received from the office of the learned Advocate General. 10. Keeping in view the above, we are of the considered opinion, the said application is liable to be allowed. 11. Legal representatives of deceased respondent No.14, as mentioned in para-4 of the application are ordered to be brought on record, who shall figure as respondent Nos.14(a) to 14(d) in the appeal. Office to carry out the necessary corrections. We keep open the issue of filing of reference on her behalf though she had already died as noticed in the order dated 26.08.2025. 12. The application being CMP(M) No.788 of 2026 under Order 22 Rule 4 of CPC has been filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No.20-Bhago alongwith an application being CMP(M) No.789 of 2026 for condoning the delay in filing the application. 14. The said respondent is stated to have expired on 11.01.2022 and the copy of legal heir certificate is annexed as Annexure A-2 and the details of LRs have been given in paragrah 4 of the application. 15. The delay has occurred on account of the fact that the knowledge was only on the basis of the informaton received from the office of the learned Advocate General. 16. Keeping in view the above, we are of the considered opinion, the said application is liable to be allowed. 17. Legal representatives of deceased respondent No.20, as mentioned in para-4 of the application areordered to be brought on record, who shall figure as respondent Nos.20(a) to 20(e) in the appeal.
