Order: The
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the denial of the TDR bond for the additional extent of land acquired by the 2"'^ respondent.
2. It is submitted that initially an extent of 129.44 sq. yards was acquired and TDR bonds were issued for the said extent. It is also submitted that, in fact, an additional extent of 9.67 square yards was acquired in addition to the extent of 129.44 square yards. The petitioner made representations to the respondent authorities seeking issuance of additional TDR bonds for the additional extent of land. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2'"'^ respondent submits that the TDR bonds issued for the 129.44 square yards were revoked, and the respondent authorities are now considering fresh TDR bonds for the total extent of land acquired, i.e., 139.11 square yards. It is submitted that the issue is currently pending before the Committee, and TDR bonds at the ratio of 1:2 shall be issued shortly to the petitioner and seeks six (06) weeks’ time for issuance of the fresh TDR bonds.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed off, directing the 2'^'^ respondent to issue TDR bonds within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
