05/24.06.2025: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since processes under section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner, he seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application at this stage. He further prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps after disposal of the challenge thrown to issuance of processes under section 82 Cr.P.C.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
