GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to assign the land for house sites in Sy.Nos.906 and 928 which is classified as Donka as per RSR of Epuru Bit-1A Village, as illegal, arbitrary one without jurisdiction, contrary to the A.P. Board Standing Orders 15 and 21, besides being violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to assign the said house sites situated at Epuru Bit-1A Village, Muthukuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, which is classified as Donka. 2. It is the case of the petitioners that the respondents are intended to provide a house site patta on the edge of the trench between the house of the petitioners and the road margin to some third party. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has furnished proceedings addressed by the Tahsildar, Muthukur Mandal, dated 07.08.2025, wherein it has been emphasized that the Tahsildar herein has not initiated any action, as stated by the petitioners herein in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and not intended to grant any pattas to the landless poor. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. If the respondents are proposed and intends to grant any pattas to the landless poor people, they shall follow the procedure as established by law.
