The first bail application nos. 6091 of 2024 and 29502 of 2024 of applicant no.1 and applicant no.2, Aniket, respectively were rejected by this court. Hence, this short term bail/parole application has been placed before this Court. Order on short term bail/parole application no. 8534 of 2025. The above noted application has been filed by learned counsel for applicants praying for grant of short term bail in in Sessions Trial No. 28/2024 (State Vs. Suryakant Sharma and Others) registered as case crime no. 598 of 2023, under section 302, 307 and 120-B of IPC, Police Station- Majhola, District- Moradabd. The ground for filing the aforesaid application is that the mother of the applicant no.1 and grand mother of the applicant no.2 has died on 02.03.2025 and her last 10th and 13th day post death ceremonies are scheduled to be held on 08.03.2025 and 13.03.2025 respectively. The applicant no.1 is the only son of the deceased and wants to participate in post death ceremonies of his mother. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants may be directed to be released on short-term bail in police custody for period of one week. Accordingly, C.J.M. Moradabad, is directed to release the applicants on short term bail for period of one week from the date of production of certified copy of this order, on furnishing of personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of C.J.M. and as soon as the above formalities are complied by the applicants, they shall be released from jail forthwith after deposit of money required for movement of police party with the applicant. The short term bail/parole application is allowed. Office is directed to issue certified copy of this order on payment of usual charges to the counsel for applicants today. Registrar(Compliance) is directed to make all efforts to communicate this order to the C.J.M., Moradabad, forthwith.
