ORDER:- The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2"'' respondent in disposing of the representation dated 19.08.2024.
2. It is submitted that civil disputes are pending between the petitioner and the respondent and that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.708 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole, seeking a declaration against the 3"'^ respondent to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the property to the petitioner.
3. It is alleged that the 3'^'^ respondent, during the process of submitting certain documents and getting the name of the 3"'^ respondent mutated in the records and the representation submitted by the petitioner, which is yet to be considered.
4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2'"'^ respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2'^'^ respondent to dispose of the representation dated 19.08.2024 in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, sl^stand closed.
