2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 303 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 525 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 109(1), 140(1) and 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella.
3. On 17.08.2024, son of the Informant was admitted in T.M.H., Jamshedpur in an injured condition. Later on, he succumbed to his injuries. Suspicion was raised upon the named accused persons that they might have committed murder of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has come in the confession of co-accused.
5. Mr. Vineet Kumar Vashistha, learned Special P.P after going through the case diary, does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 303 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 525 of 2024.
