Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "a) To quash the impugned order dated 03.07.2024 passed by respondent no.2 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil-Soraon, District- Allahabad in Case No. RSt/1043/32/27/30/558/2013-2014, Computerized Case No. T20140203035574 (Jagrani Vs. Ram Newaj), Under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, during the pendency of the present misc. petition, otherwise the plaintiff-petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
