It is the claim of the petitioner that though he possesses all the required pre-law qualifications, as well as the Bachelor of Law Degree and has paid the necessary enrollment fees, he has not been permitted to enroll himself before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry. 2. The issue as to whether the petitioner's candidature can be considered for enrollment requires to be taken by the respondent and this Court will not be justified in stepping into the shoes of the respondent for considering the same. 3. In this background, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation to the respondent ventilating his grievances and on receipt of the representation, the respondent shall consider it on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.
