Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 224 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 96, 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. Statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 earlier called for, has been received. It appears that victim was having affairs with the petitioner. It further appears that she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. She has specifically stated that petitioner has not induced her to leave her lawful guardianship. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affair between the parties. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
