Case No.05 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 21(c), 22, 25, 29 of NDPS Act. 3. As per the F.I.R., the recovery is from one Vikas Kumar Yadav, who has named the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2025 and she claims clean antecedent. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with Patna High Court CR. MISC.
