By the said advertisement, applications were invited for appointment to different faculty positions, including the post of Professor (Hotel Management) and Assistant Professor (Psychology). 4. Since impugned advertisement was issued ten years ago and the selection process must have been completed long back and the selected persons would have been appointed in 2015-16, therefore, in the considered opinion of this Court, the reliefs, as claimed by the petitioners, do not survive any longer. 5.
