The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.264 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 329(1), 305 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. After registering the FIR, the entire investigation has been completed and final report was filed. He further submitted that if the transfer of investigation is ordered at this stage, it would affect the entire investigation done by the second respondent. 3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation in Crime No.264 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent.
