Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue order, direct or writ more particulary writ in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare that the Respondents No. 3 to 5 are arbitrarily and illegally involving in the civil dispute regarding the house property title issue between the Respondent No.6 and the Petitioner and the official Respondents forcing the Petitioner to vacate the house property and the Respondent No. 5 is calling the Petitioner through 9440792018 and threatened the Petitioner that he will lodge a FIR against the Petitioner, which is nothing but the violation of Articles 14, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the official Respondents to not to intervene in the civil dispute regarding the house property title dispute between the Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondent No. 6 and restrain the official Respondents to involve in any manner in the civil dispute and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 3rd to 5th Respondents not to intervene in the civil dispute regarding the house property title dispute between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent No. 6 and also direct the Respondents not to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a case in Cr.No.389 of 2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS 2023 was registered against the petitioner. 3. Sri A.Prudhvi Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, this petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
