Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record. 3. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, it is the matter of record that during the pendency of the present petition, the - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:4565 CRL.P No. 9526 of 2023 discharge application filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the trial Court. 4. Under these circumstances, the petition stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions and reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to file a fresh petition seeking appropriate reliefs including challenging the order passed by the trial Court rejecting the discharge application filed by the petitioners.
