Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the petitioner has to approach the competent authority through online for conducting Phodi and Dhurasth in respect of the land in question. 3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to approach the competent authority by filing an online application for conducting Phodi and Dhurasth in respect of the land in question. If such an application is filed by the petitioner through online, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
