This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. Heard Sri Sudhakar Reddy Pasapala, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police taking action against petitioner representation vide PGRS Collectorate grievance No.NLR20250616908 dt-16-6-2025, seeking police protection illegal obstructions caused by the respondents nos.5 to 7.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the subject matter is purely civil in nature.
5. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to

interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
