10.10.2025 After some arguments, Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for applicants, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned miscellaneous case which has been filed with a prayer seeking third party leave to assail an
order dated 01.09.2025 made in W.P. (C) No. 694 of 2024.
Learned counsel made a plea to preserve all the rights and
contentions of applicants in captioned matter to assail order dated 25.09.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 568 of 2025 so that the same can be tagged with W.A. No. 46 of 2025 which has been filed by Thingbaijam Naresh Kumar assailing 01.09.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 694 of 2024. Request of learned counsel for applicants acceded to.
