Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Giddalur Police Station, wherein it is stated that after due investigation the Police has filed charge sheet on the file of the Court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Giddalur and the same is numbered as C.C.No.649 of 2023. 3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
