Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for the respondent authority to grant full pension instead of anticipation pension and grant other retiral benefit i.e. gratuity. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to grant interest in delay payment of gratuity and pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner superannuated on 30.11.2024 from the post of Deputy Forest Ranger but till date, his retiral dues have not been finalized, and he is being paid only anticipation pension. Learned counsel would submit that petitioner may be permitted to make fresh representation before respondent-2, who will take decision on the representation so made by the petitioner at the earliest, within stipulated time frame as directed by this Court. 3. Learned State counsel has not opposed the limited prayer of the petitioner, and would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is being given to respondent- 2 to decide the fresh representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties, and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, also considering the issue involved in the present petition, petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation along with copy of this order before the respondent-2 within two weeks from today, and respondent-2 shall decide the fresh representation so submitted by the petitioner within further period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law, on its own merits. 6.
