Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 450/2023, arising out of Ratu P.S. Case No. 141/2023 for the offence under sections 307, 341 of I.P.C., pending in the court of learned A.J.C- VIII, Ranchi. Bail application of the petitioner has been earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 9570/2023 by order dated 09.02.2024.
