Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21579 WP No. 17083 of 2025 3. The grievance of the petitioner pertains to the consideration of the representation dated 10.07.2024 (Annexure-E), seeking permission to run a Primary School affiliated with the Cambridge Syllabus from the London Intellectual Associations. 4. It is also stated in the writ petition that this Court, in W.P.No.17005/2024 dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure-H) and in W.P.No.3390/2023 dated 28.02.2023 (Annexure-J), had directed the respondents to take a decision in the matter at the earliest. 5. In view of the above, Respondents No.2 and 3 are hereby directed to consider the representation dated 10.07.2024 (Annexure-E) at the earliest. It is further made clear that the petitioner is permitted to submit one more representation to Respondents No.2 and 3 within one week from the date of receipt of the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21579 WP No. 17083 of 2025 certified copy of this order. Thereafter, Respondents No. 2 and 3 shall consider the representation within an outer limit of one month from the receipt of such representation made by the petitioner. 5. Until the consideration of the said representation dated 10.07.2024 (Annexure-E) and any subsequent representation submitted by the petitioner, the respondent-authorities shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner-institution.
