1. Heard Mr. Harsh Dave, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Pankaj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.K. Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent No.1.
2. The petitioner has filed the present petition with the following Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN
2 prayers:-
“a) Call for records pertaining to the criminal proceedings bearing FIR No. 274/2019 lodged by the Respondent No.2 in P.S. Pandri, District Raipur, C.G. u/s 507 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. b). Quash the FIR and the consequential criminal proceedings arising from FIR No. 274/2019 lodged by the Respondent No.2 in P.S. Pandri, District Raipur, C.G. u/s 507 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. c). Pass any further order in favour of the petitioner as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the present matter in the Interest of Justice, Equity and Good-Conscience.”
3. Mr. N.K. Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned.
4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it afresh challenging the charge sheet.
