1. The present contempt case has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 23.11.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.2539 of 2020.
2. Operative portion of the order dated 23.11.2022 reads as under:-
“The Managing Director, Bihar State Industry Development Corporation is further directed to refund the security money i.e. Rs. 5,00,000/- to the petitioner without any delay.”
3. A show cause has been filed by the opposite party No.1 suggesting that the said amount has already been released in favour of the petitioner.
4. In that view of the matter, the present contempt case is, hereby, disposed of and proceeding stands dropped giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
