The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant/ complainant who is a married lady. The parties were in relationship for five years and thereafter, the present case has been instituted. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
