IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B. A. No. 10439 of 2024 ----- Rajesh Vishwakarma @ Rajesh Visawakarma, S/o Late Manan Mistri @ Manan Vishwakarma, R/o Pathre, P.O & P.S.-Sohil Salaya, Dist.-Gaya, State-Bihar … …. Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand … …. Opp. Party ----- CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GAUTAM KUMAR CHOUDHARY ----- For the Petitioner : Ms. Anshu Kumari, Advocate For the State : Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, A.P.P. ----- Oral Order 04 / Dated : 10.01.2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2023 (N.D.P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024) for the offence under Sections 18, 25, 27 & 29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Chatra. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 16.02.2024 passed in B.A. No. 11346 of 2023. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is being renewed on the ground that other co-accused has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. On perusal of the earlier order, it appears that the regular bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit and I do not find any change of circumstance for renewing his prayer for bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected again. (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.) AKT/Satendra
