Cr.MP No.5545 of 2024 This application has been filed for extension of time granted by the Court vide order dated 27.11.2024 for depositing the entire amount of maintenance. The time, so granted, has expired during the month of December 2024. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that an amount of `60,000/- shall be deposited in the Registry during the course of the day and for deposit of remaining amount four weeks time has been prayed. The amount, as prayed, be deposited in the Registry. Taking into consideration the averments made in the application and the submissions made, time to deposit the entire amount in the Registry of this Court is extended upto 10.2.2025.
