3. This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.
4. Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to a Concession Agreement dated 26.02.2010, Arbitral Tribunal was constituted to adjudicate the disputes. It is stated that arbitral proceedings at the stage of evidence of claimants’ witnesses. Mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on This is a digitally signed order. 7. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of 09 months from 11.08.2025.
8. Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
