The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the proposal of Respondent No.2 in trying to lay a road in Ac.0.32.1/2 cents in R.S.No.19/B of Tadepalli which belongs to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the respondent No.2 is proceeding with the road construction without issuing any notice to the petitioner or following the procedure prescribed under the Land Acquisition Act. 2. The learned Standing counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, on written instructions, submits that respondent No.2 is not currently undertaking any such activity. Moreover, any further proposal for laying the road shall strictly adhere to the due process of law, including issuing proper notice and complying with the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act before acquiring the petitioner’s land. 3. Recording the submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/- B.
