[2] The parties had amicable settlement in mediation proceeding dated 29.08.2025 which is reproduced herein below: “SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Imphal, 29th August, 2025 As directed by the Hon’ble High Court order dated 15.07.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 862 of 2024, both parties were present in person. Both the parties have agreed to refer the above matter to the arbitrator. It has been agreed that the said WP(C) No. 862 of 2024 pending before the Hon’ble High Court shall be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.” [3] In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement in the mediation proceeding.
