This writ petition has been filed commanding the respondent No.3 to decide the matter qua the lease back of the petitioner in respect of the Gata No.188 of 0.4687 Hectare (for lease back) situated at Village Rampur Bangar, Tehsil Sadar, District- Gautambudh Nagar, within a stipulated time as this Court may fix. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that his grievance may be ventilated in the light of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Rural Abadi Site (Management and Regularization) Regulations, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations, 2011"). 4. Learned counsels for the contesting-respondents are having no objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, we do not find any good ground to keep this matter pending for consideration and without adverting into merits of the case, the instant petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to take a final call to ventilate the grievance of the petitioner precisely keeping in view the provisions enshrined in Regulations, 2011 after affording opportunity of hearing to all stake holders in the matter within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
