Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that till date no steps have been taken for the appointment of an Arbitrator. 2. In the light of this fact as the petition has lost its efficacy as needful has not been after the passing of the interim order within the time period stipulated in the Act itself for the appointment of Arbitrator, the petition is dismissed as such.
